Not a lot of info out there on this one, it could be it's own stand alone system, could be the "generic" model of something marketed by other companies. Winbel is a Chinese manufacturer of various low end electronics and such (although no mention is made of this console on thier official site.) Chances are the screenshot in the picture is probably simulated.
