Not sure what this is, it looks like it might be the manufacture's model of the Game Theory Admiral? Found this on a Chinese website that was selling said machine in bulk, so maybe the idea is you buy X thousand of these, make your own packaging, and pass it off as your own game console. I like the idea that for a small investment I too can enter the highly illegal world of Game Console Piracy. Of course, this could just be another "clone," the website was all in Chinese (sorry, don't have the link.) More info is needed.
