Early European Pong system sold in Germany and possibly elsewhere on the continent. There are two later models of this particular console that look exactly the same, the ES 2203 and ES 2204. The difference is that the ES 2203 outputs black and white wile ES 2204 is in color. However judging from that screenshot there it doesn't look like you'd be missing much either way.
Other items of note with this console is a nob that allowed the user to adjust the video frequency so the console can be used on any channel.
