What we have here is a PC Engine clone (TG 16 in America) from out of the far east. Seems to follow the ShutleGrafix design, has the slot for the Hucards in the front under a blue translucent flip-top thing, however I don't know what the cart slot on top is for. Some kind of expansion cartridge? Or is that something that works with the Supergrafix or whatever? Pretty rare although I have seen a few up on Ebay now and then.
