In Brazil video game systems of the past are sold right next to their modern counterparts. Many people in Brazil can't afford to get a brand new X-Box or PS2 and go for cheaper NES or Atari clones instead. Some companies even still publish new games for classic systems in Brazil.
This is an Atari 2600 clone that surfaced a few years ago. Looks a little more compact than a normal 2600. A pretty bad clone, the controllers are hardwired into the system, and they look like they could be 5200 style analog sticks (which tend to break rather easily.) Stuff like this pops up on Ebay now and then and runs about $35 -50. Pretty neat to have in the collection. One of those things I'd only get if I won the lottery or something.
