Pretty nice compact Brazilian 2600 clone. Simple and to the point. I understand that these are pretty common in Brazil and surrounding countries. Looks like it has 5200 style controllers and only two buttons instead of the 4 switches a normal 2600 has. The little switch on the left is the power switch. Earlier models of this machine had hard wired joysticks. Pic ripped off from Ebay, where they go about $50 plus shipping.
