Specravision 5200 hotel video system. Made for various American and South American hotel chains. The knob on the left let you dial through TV channels as well as select four games. joysticks were hard wired to the system to prevent thievery. Games were installed inside the unit; there's no cartridge slot on the system. Nearly impossible to find, most hotels just threw theirs away after the controllers broke (as 5200 controllers tend to do.) I imagine these things are probably worth a lot of money now.
