Looks like a Famiclone to me, but the guy who sent me the pic said it was an SNES clone, so it goes in the other clones catagory for now. Apparently this machine can play both Famicom and SuperFamicom carts, hence the "Combi."

Looks like the same thing as the Mi Rai Partner, but in white.
