Asian Megadrive clone. Looks pretty close to the Official Russian release of the Megadrive. Not sure what that yellow port on the front is for, probably some kind of expansion hookup, like maybe that's where the Sega CD goes? I don't know. I've always thought that white makes a console look weenie.
