This thing is Sega's entry into the newly formed "Whole-buncha-games-in-a-controller" fad. Pretty nice little system, has a cool translucent case and 21 games built in, not just little demos but cool games like Sonic.  Released in Japan although I have seen a few of these things in the USA.
