Canadian Arcadia 2001 clone. Well, not really a "clone" in the pirate sense as all of the systems from various countries were legally licensed releases. Looks exactly the same except for the label. Was also released in a more rare white version. There are also a full run of games under the Leisure vision label that should work fine on American systems.

These systems pop up on Ebay from time to time and aren't really that expensive. There's also an Intellivision clone called "Leisurevision."
