Don't know a lot about this machine, I beleive it's a VCD player that plays Megadrive Roms (as opposed to the usual Famicom games.) Looks like a pretty cool little unit, plays CDs, MP3s, VCDs, etc. The included game disc comes with 300 games, although in order to make your own ROM disc you've got to encode it in some funky way. Comes with all shown above. That remote looks overly complicated for a machine like this. Things like this are usually availible out of various HK import websites (like Lik-Sang, 'hint-hint') but usually disappear pretty quickly as they are not exactly legal.
