Chinese Megadrive clone, in a nearly identical case. Guandong is a company that manufactures these clone machines, which are sold to many other companies that slap thier own name on them (along with packaging that rips off various well known game franchises.)

Everything looks to be of standard Megadrive cloneness, the only differences being color placement on buttons, and of course build quality.
