Thanks to Yakumo at the Assembler website I now know that is console is in fact a Chinese Sega SG 1000 clone. Should be compatible with all SG 1000 software. Don't know if any games were made especially for it, but usually Chinese companies produce hacks of whatever's popular at the time. A Google search revealed only one "Aaronix" labeled game, a Chinese hack of Doki-Doki penguin land.
