A pretty generic looking Atari 2600 Jr. clone with 128 games built in. Games are selected via one of the dip switches. Looks almost like the real thing except for various logos and decals.  I wonder why cheap knock-off of the Famicom have been elevated to a high art while 2600 clones all look like the real thing. There seems to be no imgination among 2600 pirates. You could like change the case, or make it blue, or put penguins on it or something. It's not like you're selling based off of any real demand or anything, so why not make it interesting?
