A Megadrive/Genesis clone inside a steering wheel. The wheel appears to have 1st player controls mounted onto it. The carts fit into the back behind the wheel. Stuff like this is usually reserved for Famiclones, interesting to see one of another system for a change. Comes out of Asia.
