GO GO TV GAME SYSTEM

Kids system that uses motion capture and an Eyetoy-like digital camera system.

The whole thing is pretty small and aims for the 5-12 year old market. The machine uses a lot of bright colors and durable plastic to appeal to the wee-ones.  The games however seem to be geared towards fun and not "edutainment."

Games look to be from the 16 bit era, so we're not talking powerhouse in the graphics and sounds department. The gimmick here is the included digital camera that works similar to Sony's Eyetoy. "You" are the controller, and your image is superimposed on the screen where you interact with the graphics.

Console comes with a 4-in-1 cart, other games come with thier own custom controller, similar to the Xavix machine. This involves a lot of moving around, adding a bit of exercise to the game playing experience. Who says video games are bad for you.

Graphics are large and colorful and feature cartoony characters that the kids will enjoy. Some of the sports games look a little akward with your image superimosed on the front, but I don't think the kids would mind.

However the console and games are specifically desgined for the 5-12 age group. You'll find no head exploding zombies here.

When everybody is drooling (or insulting) the latest pics from the high powered next generation systems little niche console manufacturers tend to get ignored.  Little machines like this don't  try to compete with the major players and usually tend to become highly collectable in later years.
