The Caption basically says it all, this is a Megadrive/Sega CD combo. Not a bad system as I remember it, my Dad had one of these for a little while but was unimpressed with Sega CD games (namely, he thought the pack in game Ecco the Dolphin was too weenie and got rid of it before getting anything else.) Sega debuted this thing five months earlier before bringing out a more expensive console that did the exact same thing, the Wondermega. Thus they ended up competing with themselves (again...)
