Generic Famiclone in a controller. I've got something similar to this (One of those Power Player things) and I must say it's a very decent clone, although made out of cheap materials. The buttons are durable and have good play. The "analog stick" is just a plastic protrusion that has no function. Comes with another Genesis-style controller and a light gun. Not a bad little machine, only gripe is that the cartridge sometimes gets in the way of your fingers, like you might accidentally jostle it while you're playing. All over ebay and easy to find, usually costs about 20$
