Here we have a nice famiclone in the classic UFO style. Two buttons on top are the power and reset buttons (as labeled in the arrow stickers.) Controlers attach to the sides, and appear to be hard wired. Also common with this style of clone is a spring loaded pull lever to release the cartridge on top that requires one to hold down the console with one hand and manipulate the lever with the other, leading to the fear that the cartridge might fly out of the machine and kill nearby small animals. Sadly this is not so.
