"Educational" Famiclone from out of the UK. These kinds of machines usually come with a multicart that has some rudimentary form of edutainment software, usually in the form of a word processor, math, and simple programming. Some of them even let you make your own (small) games. Not sure how functional the keyboard and mouse actually are (on some models the "mouse" is just a modified joypad.)
