Famicom in a Genesis 2 shell. Third button acts as A+B, second row of buttons are usual turbo. Lin Tong has made several Famiclones as well as clones of the Genesis and SNES.
I'm sure somebody out there bought this back in 1993 thinking it was the real thing.
