Don't have much on this one beyond the picture. No idea where it's from, what company makes it, or which countries it's sold in. It's safe to assume this was probably manufactured in China somewhere, possibly sold in Asia, as famiclones in that region tend to forgo fancy names for mere serial numbers.
Not much else happening here beyond the slightly interesting controller desgin.
