A UFO style Famiclone from Gametech, the only company out there who seems to make Famiclones out of decent stuff, as in while cheap, it's not a piece of shit that will crumble into dust if you break wind in front of it.

This model is the last "Illegal" Famiclone to be made by Gametech, as with thier next clone they somehow finagaled it so that Nintendo lost the patent on the Famicom. So now all Famiclones are "legal." This particular model is still availible via Hong Kong importers (try my affilates on the left and make me some money, dammit.)
