Another Ending man model, this one made for NES carts as opposed to Famicom games, which may mean it might have been sold in North America (highly unlikely as that may be.) Most problably this machine was reserved for the South American import market.

More information is needed.

An email from a reader sheds some light on this console:

Hi! Just wanted to let you know, that this machine was also sold in Scandinavia. Here in Finland it was advertised by atleast two major game stores and came with a pirate cartridge. I'm not sure if it was a 60 or 72 pin version.
