Another one of those Famicom in a Modded Dreamcast controllers, Similar to the Video Vs. Maxx and Play Power TV. From looking at the games on the right I'd say they look exactly the same as the Vs. Maxx (the one I have.) 

Games are all hacks of old Color Games titles, except for a games that was called Blazing Lazers on the TG 16 (which is problably the only reason to buy one of these, as the rest of the games suck donkey nuts.) Shouldn't cost you more than $20 on Ebay
