Another Chinese Famiclone

Pretty basic looking famiclone. Very drab color scheme in my opinion. The controllers are hard wired on this machine, which means it's one of the earlier Famiclones (the OG machine also had hard wired controllers.) Battleship grey + pea green soup green = nausea machine. As per the OG this machine also has the built in microphone in the player 2 controller. That switch on the left confuses me, might be a built in start/select button, or reset? Power is on the right, in the center is a mysterious port (might be equivalent to the AUX "expansion" port on the bottom of NES that nothing ever used.) Don't know what it says before the "720." Can anyone read Chinese?
