8-bit educational system released around 1987. Has about NES level graphics. Player 1 and 2 controllers are mounted into the keyboard, that big blue button is the cross pad.  Apparently the games focused less on reflexes and more on answering questions, judging from the single action button. Very, very, very easy to find on Ebay any day of the week, and usually runs about $10.
