During the early 80's Europe didn't see the immediate release of the American Atari and Intellivision consoles, which allowed independent companies to produce their own (cheaper) consoles to a starved market. Thus Europe is full of highly collectable obscure game consoles. This machine is technically the same as the 1292 series of consoles, (which use the Signetics 2650 processor) first made by Radofin and leased to many different companies around the world, but Interton maintains that they developed the console independently, thus this console is considered the "father" of the Interton group. The insides are very similar to the Arcadia 2001 but the games are not compatible. System looks very simple, with 5200 style controllers. Most common in Germany and surrounding countries. I was going to bid on one of these but changed my mind. Maybe one day.
