CASIO PV-1000

Japanese watch makers enter the console market

I think I read somewhere that this system came out in 1983. Not sure what it's specs are, but if the one game I know exists for it (Poonyan) is any measure I'd say it's got at least Colecovision-level capabilities. Don't have any pics of the controllers, screenshots, etc. This system was totally destroyed by the Famicom by 1984. 

The PV 2000 is a computer version of the 1000, although for some reason the games are not compatible. Apparently Casio also released two additional computers based on the same hardware. Released only in Japan as far as I know.
